At Hotsy Totsy Salon, every appointment is reserved specifically for you. Our stylists dedicate their time and preparation to ensure you receive the personalized experience you deserve. When appointments are missed or canceled at the last minute, it prevents other guests from booking that time and directly affects the livelihood of our stylists. Because of this, we kindly ask all guests to respect the following policies.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us the opportunity to offer that time to another guest.

Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours will incur a charge of 50% of the services booked.

If an appointment was booked within 24 hours, any changes must be made at least 4 hours before the appointment to avoid the 50% charge.

Group Appointments

For group bookings of four or more services, we require 72 hours notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows will incur a charge of 50% of the services booked per appointment.

Lateness & No-Shows

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, a $50 late fee may apply and we may need to reschedule your appointment if there is not enough time to complete the service properly.

If we are unable to reach you 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment time, the appointment will be considered a no-show, and a 50% service charge will apply.

Guests who have two last-minute cancellations or no-shows within a 12-month period may be required to secure future appointments with a 50% non-refundable booking fee.

Grace Appointment

We understand emergencies can happen. For that reason, every guest receives one grace appointment per year where a last-minute cancellation or missed appointment may be waived without penalty.

Booking Policy

A credit card is required to secure all appointments. Final pricing may vary depending on the services performed, and your stylist will always review the final price with you before completing your service.
