Cancellation and Lateness Policy

At Hotsy Totsy Salon, we value your time and strive to provide quality, personalized service for every appointment. We understand that schedules can shift and adjustments may be necessary. To ensure that we can accommodate changes gracefully and maintain a seamless schedule, we kindly ask you to adhere to our Cancellation and Lateness Policy:


Cancellations and Rescheduling:

  • Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us ample time to offer the slot to other clients.
  • Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the appointment time will incur a charge of 50% of the service amount.
  • For appointments booked within 24 hours, changes must be made at least 4 hours in advance to avoid the 50% service charge.


Group Bookings:

  • For group bookings of four or more, we require 72 hours (3 days) notice for cancellations. A charge of 50% of the service amount will apply for each no-show or late cancellation.


Lateness:

  • If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment to ensure we can deliver the full experience you deserve. If we are unable to reach you 15 minutes into your scheduled appointment, it will be considered a no-show, and your card will be charged for 50% of the scheduled service.


Grace Appointment:

  • We understand that emergencies can arise, preventing prior notification. As such, each client is granted one (1) grace appointment per year for last-minute changes, cancellations, or no-shows without penalty.


Payment and Charges:

  • A credit card is required to secure all bookings. The final price for services may vary based on the actual treatments provided. Your stylist will confirm the final price before service completion.
  • Our stylists depend on scheduled appointments for their livelihood. This policy is in place to compensate them fairly for reserved time slots.


Policy Adjustments:

  • Hotsy Totsy Salon reserves the right to modify this policy at any time to better serve our clients and staff.
